Kristin Corsette

Her career in real estate began when Kristin started to work with a prominent builder in Summit County.  As liaison between the developer and real estate agents and buyers, her interest quickly developed into a love for the entire process.  Obtaining her license in 1996, Kristin worked as a transaction manager and Broker Associate, working with one of the top producers in the field and by 2002, she had won the Top Producer award, and has earned both her CRS and GRI designations.

Her motivation to help others live their life to the fullest in this picturesque area, to match the right home to the right person and enjoy the mountain lifestyle, is what keeps Kristin moving.  Meeting people from around the world and introducing them to the fresh mountain air, the beautiful homes for sale and outdoor activities are just some of the reasons Kristin enjoys her career. Working with all types of properties, and all types of buyers, Kristin will listen to a buyer’s needs and offer advice for first time home buyers or buyers who are looking for that vacation home to enjoy throughout the year.

Kristin’s main goal as a successful Realtor in her area is to help people realize their dream of owning a mountain property, enjoying the outdoor life that they love and making a home in the fresh mountain air.  Her job is actually pretty easy, because once people get a good look around, they rarely want to leave!

One of her favorite sayings about Summit County is that most people come for the winters but stay for the summers.  Kristin found that to be true when she first came from New York during the winter season and decided to stay, making Colorado home.  That was 20 years ago and she’s now a dyed in the wool Coloradan, enjoying everything from skiing to hiking and enjoying the outdoor amphitheatre with friends and family.
